Room by Room Estimates​

Whether you need help with one room or an entire home, I'll review your room's photos/videos and ask some questions, then email you a FREE ESTIMATE of the number of hours required for your project so there are no surprises.

What do you charge?

Design fees for a typical room design usually ranges from 3-12 hours of time, depending on size and needs. l give you an estimate based on my hourly rate ($100/hr.)  I do my best to honor your budget and find quality, affordable items that you'll love for years to come.  

 

How does it work?

I use a blend of retail & online resources, and you purchase the items directly with the links provided to you.  I guide you on placement of items as they arrive, and we schedule a final styling date after everything is in place.

 

This formula is much more cost effective than typical designers because there are no secret product mark ups or surprise installation and storage fees on items I select for you which is typical in this industry.

 

During the project, if you have concerns on an items I recommend, you can have a re-selection.  I want you to comfortable with your purchases. I also provide beautiful graphic visuals so you can see how the items will all work together in each room so you can proceed with confidence. I always make the best use of what you already have whenever possible for a beautiful, personal, curated look.

Final Styling

After all your items have arrived, I will request a shopping budget to round up final styling items and finishing touches to complete the room(s).  We set up a time for a final styling come by and style it all for a completely finished look!
