As a long-time real estate investor, interior designer, and occupied home stager, I know that staged homes produce much better photos and get more showings and results. The main reason for staging is to help buyers visualize themselves in your home and understand what each space is for. My job is to market each room using the power of great staging and expert resourcefulness.

How it Works

We schedule an appointment time to walk through and discuss the spaces.  I give you my best, most cost-effective recommendations for each area toured and answer questions until the photo shoot day to make sure your outcome is fantastic!  

 

Includes: 

1. A pre-visit review of your photos and videos for brainstorming your staging plan.  

2. Up to 2 hours on-site providing you with help and guidance talking through each space and discussing options and plans. I will tell you exactly what you should keep, remove, add, enhance, tweak, and how to simply style all of it beautifully for an outstanding outcome!  

3. Ongoing Q&A back and forth reviewing your progress photos/videos and guiding you up to your real estate photo shoot so that no detail is missed.

This package is for homes up to 4000 sf. Ask for a custom quote if you have a larger home.
